Here are the girls at the Pocatello Zoo "petting zoo". The petting zoo consisted of goats. The goats were all fat and lazy!
Here are most of Grandpa Paul and Grandma Ann's Grandchildren, plus one Great-Grandchild.
Us enjoying the day outside at Ross Park pool.
Kalei with her Aunt Barb and cousin Madison on the Lazy River.
Enjoying a little quiet T.V. time on the last night with cousins Josh and Maddy.
After visiting Pocatello we moved onto Boise to see friends and family. It had been more than 2 years since we were there last. My great friend Tisha from Texas had also planned to be there during that time so I was excited to get to see her. It has been 4 years since I saw her last I think. While in Boise we spent a day at Roaring Springs, had a BBQ with family and visited with lots of friends. Oh...and even got some shopping in.....including a stop at the kids new favorite store "Build a Bear".
Roaring Springs was great fun. The kiddie area has a tube slide just for kids and even Jackson got brave and rode it multiple times!
Tisha and I and all our kids....plus little miss Amara(Melissa wouldn't get in the picture...so she took it instead).
A night out with some of my bestest friends! I love you guys!
We spent a couple days at one of Meridians cool new parks. Jackson and Dan enjoying some more sun!
The girls, Kalei, Hannah and Amara. These girls had so much fun together and were all so exhausted by the time we left.
Jackson finally enjoyed the spray park and here he is playing with one of the sprays. Picture this....while he is standing there with the water spraying at him he is arching his back(like guys do when they pee) and he is saying "peeeeeee". It was quite funny. I don't know where this kid comes up with this stuff!
On our last day the kids were all playing as we were getting ready to leave and all the sudden they are saying "Mom, take a picture of us". So Melissa and I had to go get our camera's and take pictures of them. At least they all cooperated for a group picture.
The kids are still on a litte vacation as we dropped them off at Grandpa Dallas's and Grandma Judy's on the way home. Dan went to Denver for work on Monday and I have been home all alone all week. It's funny how you get used to always having someone home so when no one is here it gets kind of lonely. I have gotten some extra cleaning and even some school shopping done.
Oh, on the way home up Highway 12 going over Lolo Pass Dan and I saw a guy riding a unicycle on the highway. There are always lots of people riding their bikes over the pass.....but a unicycle? Why?
We loved having you all here....anytime. Mi casa su casa. We love you too and miss you very much already!
